A Crisis of Identity: Mass Formation Psychosis and the Awakening to Truth

A Crisis of Identity: Mass Formation Psychosis and the Awakening to Truth

We must have the courage to see things as they are, not how we want them to be. That is spiritual maturity, that is leadership, and that is what these times demand.  Truth is devastating to the ego that must hang on to its perceptual world in order to survive.  The push from the conditioned multitude against the mounting clear evidence for mass manipulation, oppression and corruption is, at its root, existential — a crisis of identity. Accepting the hard, disturbing truths is a death blow to the limited, false self that survives by believing imaginary or false things convenient to its own survival. Akin to the submissive, don’t-speak-up child who, in order to survive, must assume his abuse is for his own good, the […]

Evolving from Fear and Division to Our Limitless, Loving Self: The Heroic Path of Soul Ascension

Evolving from Fear and Division to Our Limitless, Loving Self: The Heroic Path of Soul Ascension

Do not fear death. For it’s only in embracing death that you can truly embrace life. Find beauty in its quiet depths, the still sweet surrender, yours and others, so you may find beauty in life. Doing so, you open to all possibilities, versus only the ones fear creates room for. Death is the great portal to life. When we understand this, we remember that, like time, it is a great illusion; that there is no such thing as death, but simply transitions in consciousness and experience. We are here not just to know this intellectually, but to experience it many times over before what most consider to be death — release of the body — and, in this, awaken to fuller embodied experiences of […]

From Mother Mary to Me: “Your most important spiritual practice is sleep.”

From Mother Mary to Me: “Your most important spiritual practice is sleep.”

“As we learn to treat our body with the highest of respect, we, by natural extension, treat our children, Mother Earth and all her inhabitants with the same degree of respect.” ~ Vince Gowmon “Taking good care of you means the people in your life will receive the best of you rather than what is left of you.” ~ Lorraine Cohen As you may know from reading other articles of mine or watching my YouTube channel, I’ve been in an intensive initiation for over a year now (completed now, as of November, 2021). Guided by the masters and mysteries of the Spirit World, I’ve been undergoing a transformation in consciousness that has affected me on all levels – body, mind, soul — one that has […]

The Power of Seeing Others for Who They Truly Are

The Power of Seeing Others for Who They Truly Are

In 1998, while living in London, England, I began seeing my first counsellor, a wicked and wise 63 year-old name Valerie. Every two weeks I traveled to Wallingford, Oxfordshire by train, always eager for our sessions. I yearned to speak to someone who could help me make sense of things, of why I felt so different and troubled, and with whom I could be myself, as best I could in those early days of inner work. Valerie was intelligent and fierce, which bode well for the one in me who could easily deceive and out-wit others. Unique in comparison to all healing practitioners I saw after (and there were many!), she was not afraid to pull out her sword and call my bullshit. One time, […]

Want to Prepare Children for an Increasingly Uncertain World? Let Them Be Uncertain — Through Play!

“Play is training for the unexpected.” ~ Marc Bekoff Jacob is five years old. Seated at the kitchen table, he cradles his favourite box of crayons and felts to dive into yet another creative exploration. This is no project. Just discovery. What will arise from one moment to the next as is curious, heart-felt instincts direct his hand? He’ll find out! Same with Samantha, she too is engrossed in play. Four years old, buckets and shovel in hand, she communes with sunshine, fresh air, water and sand at the beach, scooping, piling, patting, allowing her moment-to-moment imaginative impulses to guide her in building her sand sculptures. Like Jacob, she immerses herself in the element of surprise! Both Jacob and Samantha learn to adapt when needed. […]

Befriending the Discomfort and Possibilities of Aloneness: A Necessary Rite of Passage on the Spiritual Journey

Befriending the Discomfort and Possibilities of Aloneness: A Necessary Rite of Passage on the Spiritual Journey

Everyone longs to be a butterfly, but few are willing to go into the cocoon. Befriending aloneness intimately is a necessary rite of passage on the spiritual journey. As you’ll read in this article, aloneness is both a passage away from who we are not, but believe ourselves to be, and towards who we are, in greater and greater measure. In a spiritually bereft, distracted and easily tempted society, embracing aloneness, not surprisingly, is rare. Much more value is placed on romantic relationships and keeping busy, while the slow of aloneness is easily judged, eschewed and, more deeply, feared. If you spend too much time alone, people eventually project their fears onto you. They worry you are isolating too much, and suggest you may want to […]

Evolving from “Early Childhood Education” to Early Childhood Attachment and Outdoor Play

Evolving from “Early Childhood Education” to Early Childhood Attachment and Outdoor Play

When education and the raising of children aligns with the rhythms and cycles of Mother Nature, then we will have woken up. Nothing rushed, nothing forced, just enough structure to allow for what wants to unfold to happen in its sweet soulful time, trusting and respecting due order, the higher agenda of the child, and that of Life. We are speaking of a complete reorganization of society’s principles and values, such that we return to living in nature, as nature itself. What we call “early childhood education” is only a recent phenomenon in Western culture. Prior to the last 100 years, children learned through the natural impulses of exploration and engaging with family and friends. Their education was often outside, self-directed through unstructured, unsupervised play, […]

Thoughts You Can’t Control — How Much Power Do They Have to Create Your Reality?

Thoughts You Can’t Control — How Much Power Do They Have to Create Your Reality?

If you read enough spiritual / new age literature, you will likely know the common teaching that thoughts create your reality. That we live in a cause-and-affect Universe and each thought has the creative power to bring you an experience, sometimes one that may not manifest for a good while, maybe not until your next incarnation. And that we are, therefore, responsible for all our thoughts — each one of them! I’ve sat with this in my meditation quite a bit, troubled by it, questioning its veracity, praying for clarity, wondering about all the people who are ridden with uncontrollable, often trauma-based thinking. Something didn’t feel quite right. Could it really be that black and white? Was there some nuance missing? There had to be. […]

Awakening Your Sovereign DNA and Breaking the Spell of Submission

Awakening Your Sovereign DNA and Breaking the Spell of Submission

Submission is the spell cast upon humanity for eons. As it’s been before, it is today, and to amplified measure given what we see unfolding across the planet. Few are awake from this dream, inured they are by the powers that claim to have their best interests at heart.  A submissive neurobiology is susceptible to this obedient ignorance. Just as the abused child grows to tolerate and normalize the abusive partner, we have accustomed ourselves to being acquiescent to corrupt systems that render us numb to our senses. Family and education are but two examples of institutions reflective of larger bodies that portray a positive image from the outside, but carry tremendous dysfunction within the walls. Like with government and the military, church and corporations, […]

The Body is the Speaker, The Soul is the Music ~ The Subtle Journey of Embodying and Broadcasting Your Power

The Body is the Speaker, The Soul is the Music ~ The Subtle Journey of Embodying and Broadcasting Your Power

The body is the holder of frequency. And the frequency depends on how much trauma and programming is stored in the neurobiology and how anchored the soul, or higher self, is into the DNA. The soul longs to use the body as its tool for broadcast — to express its gifts and purpose through, held in the soul’s consciousness, as accumulated through many incarnations. For me, that broadcast is my gift of transmitting starlight to heal and empower. How powerfully I do that depends on the frequency I hold at my cellular level. As I embody my soul power more, that frequency increases and my broadcast becomes that much stronger. Though there may be exceptions, the soul generally doesn’t override the body. It doesn’t push […]
