My somatic counselling and breathwork practice was full and thriving; and having benefited so greatly from healing and awakening through psychedelic Mushroom ceremonies, I felt called to explore the possibility of guiding others through a mystical journey with sacred Fungi.
My heart told me it was important not to assume I could begin without permission from Spirit. Having participated in numerous ceremonies with Mushrooms and Ayahuasca (another psychedelic most associated with Shamanic cultures in Amazonia), done two decades of inner work with all sorts of practitioners, and with plenty of trauma resolution training and clinical experience under my belt, I felt I was a worthy candidate to facilitate private ceremonies. Most importantly, I had a deep love and appreciation for this sacred medicine, for all it had given me.
I decided to ask Spirit for permission while in a psychedelic ceremony; strangely, not one with Mushrooms, but rather Ayahuasca. I was nervous, preparing my heart for a disappointing No, an answer I was mature enough to honour. And so it was, that when the medicine took hold and I deepened into the familiar trance state I so often dreaded due to how confronting these journeys can be, my quiet inner voice hesitantly asked: “I would like to know if I can lead Mushroom ceremonies.” A higher voice immediately replied with the unexpected: “I’m sending you to a Druid.” Whisked away to the right I was, and then before me a huge Druid appeared. It seemed as tall as it was wide. Its presence was strong, solid, and incredibly intense. It took me a few moments to gather myself and relax, and when I did, I began to feel just how ancient this being was, exuding a profoundly deep and quiet presence of Cosmic Mystery.
With some nervousness in my heart, I felt it was time to repeat my question: “I’m wondering if you’d give me permission to lead Mushroom ceremonies.” I cringed a bit, preparing for a No. But the answer was a wonderful Yes! The Great Druid then proceeded to give me instructions on how to lead these ceremonies, topics ranging from how to energetically protect the individual, to how long ceremonies should be, even how much to charge. I was not overly instructed by this wise, benevolent force, but trusted to do this ceremonial work with this sacred medicine.
Truly, who better than a Druid to provide this guidance? Going back to their time in the British Isles and Gaul, a period that extends long before the Celtic influence, they were, after all, advanced souls who lived in holy communion with the natural elements. They harmonized with Nature as a way of life, with Her myriad offerings, in the spirit of ceremony and ritual, creation and sharing, healing and magick, wisdom gathering and the gathering of Nature’s goods. They lived a blessed co-existence with the body and divinity of Mother Earth, as awakened stewards of Her ecological systems.
This Druidic-Earthen consciousness lives on, not just amongst the neo-Druids of today, but of course in the Cosmos, as I experienced. It lives as part of the Universal Akashic Field of Intelligence and God’s Creative Blueprint. It is this arcane, earthen lore and wisdom, this powerful Cosmic Druidic consciousness that you, in this sacred ceremony, have the opportunity to commune with. Resonating with the Ancient Spirit and Intelligence of Druid, you feel into, remember and claim this Earthly and Divine Druidic inheritance as your own, in your cells, heart and soul. You allow it to transform you, and possibly stir and ignite old, distant memories related to Druidism or Paganism.

Before saying more about this ceremony, let’s first learn about these ancient and mysterious people. Contrary to mainstream opinion, the Druids didn’t gradually emerge from unsophisticated hunter-gatherer tribes in the British Isles and Gaul. Rather, they had ancestral roots in the advanced people of Atlantis. With their continent sinking due to the Great Flood, the people of Atlantis transmigrated throughout the world, settling in the Americas, Egypt, India, and also Avalon and Glastonbury, what was then a much smaller (British) island nation. From this pre-Celtic era onwards, they built a new life, carrying forward their advanced Atlantean knowledge, but mostly creating a new mystical tradition that drew upon the unique Earth consciousness of these northern lands.
Like the Essenes of Mount Carmel in old Palestine, Druids were a sect culture, and keepers and practitioners of Holy Truth, of arcane, ancient knowledge. They kept their ways and lore close to heart, knowing how easily they could be coopted by immature minds and dark hearts, and used dangerously. So secretive they were, that vows of secrecy were committed to amongst initiates (as is the case today with some neo-Druids). Also protecting the sanctity of their traditions was their commitment to memorizing all knowledge and passing it down orally. There are no known written records of their knowledge, with only limited documented accounts coming from Romans, early Christians and others who lived in close proximity.
The oral tradition was not simply a means to conceal information, but more, it was their preferred means of teaching, learning and sharing knowledge. The oral tradition constituted a relational field in which voice and the presence and transmissions of the human spirit were deemed essential for Truth to land in the heart. Let’s remember that these were a people of communing with Nature as a way of life. Intimate heart-to-heart engagement and felt-learning with each other, and with the Heart of Gaia, were core to their traditions. The infinitely intelligent Sacred Heart was thus, above all, the teacher, learner and learned. It’s where all Truth — of Earth and the Heavens — lie, and need only be realized through the power of the relational, harmonic field, and through trusting felt-knowing that’s one with All Knowing. And so recording on tablets or scrolls was unnecessary; nor was the need for excessive mental memorization. The unbounded Sacred Hearts of Druids and initiates stored and kept secret their lore and traditions, the Truths of Life.
To further this understanding, let’s bring to heart the infinitely abundant field of information that surrounded them, “secreted” in wonderful disguise. In trees, plants, rivers, animals, the moon, stars, and more, was, and still is, the Book of Life. It was there, always, in all ways, willing to generously share with those with open hearts. Here lies another reason why information was not written. It wasn’t necessary, as it was already present, “documented” in unfathomable plentitude. It was a matter of tuning into this Spirit-Earth Scripture (a process some call biognosis) that is our divine inheritance, and integrating it into the heart. Doing so as a way of living was what made an individual an authentic Druid. Those who practiced this communal existence with utmost reverence, experience and wisdom were of the High Priestly caste.
Feeling into the Spirit of Druidry, we can appreciate its etymological Proto-Indo-European roots in the compound Deru-weid. “Deru” means truth and tree (particularly Oak), and “weid” is to see, know or wisdom. This is subtle knowing (gnosis) or perception; being at one with Nature, with the trees Druids loved, while centred in the heart, where Truth lives.
Unlike organizations of today, it goes without saying that there was no governing body that defined and upheld standards of practice amongst Druids across the British Isles and in Gaul. Within sects, there were vast differences in initiatory practices, ceremonies, rituals and other aspects of tradition. This should be especially obvious given how little people traveled between, say, Wales and Ireland as compared to now. Yet, despite distances and differences, there was a convergence at the heart of what it meant to be a Druid. The purer the sect and wiser the leadership, the more Druids aligned with ancient Druid Consciousness and wove it into the Earth, feeding her Great Spirit, while, through bio-symbiosis, feeding Earth Wisdom back to the Heavens. This beautiful life-giving loop nourished the consciousness of Druidry on and off planet, making it more possible for it to thrive and serve hungry souls.
One thing that differentiated Druids was their level of engagement with everyday society and its political dramas. Read the literature and you’ll see accounts of how Druids held high ranking positions in law, healing, politics and astronomy. They presided over key decisions between and within clans, with chieftains and tribal kings regularly seeking wise council from an esteemed Druid who could prophecize outcomes. And they served humble peasants on everyday, mundane matters, earthly issues that influenced survival, such as how to best work with nature’s cycles, tend to their garden in spirit and love, and maximize yield.
Indeed, Druids were known to be people of the world. But not all. Some chose to remain inconspicuously local to the countryside, away from the crowds, close to birdsong and the whispers of rivers, plants and trees, the Book of Nature. They chose to plant their roots firmly into Earth, feeling into Her magick and mystery, practicing deep listening, while honing their skills, like stonework and formulating herbal medicine, while reaching to the Stars, taking in their heavenly light wisdom. You could say that, generally speaking, the higher a Druid rose in their sect and embodied their divinity, achieving the status of High Priest or Priestess, the less likely they would be interested in matters of the world. It was matters of Spirit that they devoted themselves to. This included maintaining the integrity of their traditions and guiding others to embody them in purity of heart.
One of the great legacies of Druidic people was their building of sacred stone sites, some of megalithic proportions. Within Ireland, alone, approximately 235 stone circles exist today in public view. Most famous of all, and most debated in terms of origin, is Stonehenge in southern England. I invite you to consider that this sacred site was indeed built by the Druids as a central temple or ceremonial gathering place. Advanced sky gazers they were, Stonehenge was their navigational site for tracking the rhythms and cycles of the stars and planets, and for deducing how they influence human and Earthly existence, evolution, and future events (aiding their prophecies). Like other sacred sites, such as pyramids and crop circles, it was a portal for anchoring crystalline frequencies and bridging Heaven and Earth. It was a monumental Earth Altar, designed to alter the planetary grid, and thus collective consciousness.
Believing the Druids were the architects of such a perfectly aligned heavy and heavenly site is easier to accept if we understand that the Druids are much older than the Celtic era, and Stonehenge itself, estimated to be about 5000 years old. It’s easier to believe if we accept that they were truly an ancient and advanced people with roots in the wisdom and creative traditions of Atlantis, and guided by the infinite intelligence of Mother Earth, Stars and other Celestial Bodies. Only an advanced people with this inheritance and tradition of magick and Cosmic knowledge would have had the sophistication of mind, heart and soul to build such a sacred megalithic temple.

With all this now stated, I return us to the ceremony at hand, this most holy opportunity to commune with the supernal consciousness of Ancient Druid. You experience a powerful transmission from this divine representative of Earth or Pagan Wisdom, and the ancient origins of the Cosmos. This opens you to advanced healing or inner alchemy. Trauma and programming stored in your DNA spanning lifetimes and generations can be cleared in accordance with your intentions and soul development.
Via the link at the bottom, you are guided to clarify your intentions for healing and empowerment, whether that be in the context of mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. A few places you may want to look at, specific to Druidism, are: healing painful memories of being persecuted for practicing Paganism, Witchcraft, etc; transmuting beliefs you may have that magick is sinful, or that being in your power is dangerous, to self or other — all of which may be related to dark religious authority; and, similarly, healing shame or fear that separates you from sharing your earthen gifts and Druidic — Witch/Wizard — heart.
Any topic is welcomed, and nothing is too much to ask from loving Ancient Druid. This includes healing trauma and programming related to childhood abuse, neglect, birth trauma, or any other adverse experiences.
Along with receiving advanced healing in this ceremony, by merging with ancient Druidic Consciousness you are empowered to remember it as your own, your divine inheritance. For you are nothing less than a perfect holographic mirror of All That Is, with the entire Book of Life contained within your Genetic Universe. Communing with Ancient Druid creates a dynamic resonance that activates the crystalline codes of your Soul’s Genetic Universe lying dormant along your carbon-based DNA; codes that carry the signature divine qualities — the ancient lore, wisdom, gifts and ecological intelligence — of the Druidic Universe. They come alive, re-writing your subatomic manuscript and rebirthing your human awareness to include the majesty of your inner Druid. Indeed, like initiations of old in the northern heartlands of Druidism, this activated empowerment is an initiation at the quantum level, the foundational place for all initiatory work.
This awakened awareness can unlock memories from lifetimes past where you were a Druid or engaged in forms of Paganism, Witchcraft, Alchemy, Magick, Stonework, Herbalism, or other related sacred traditions. Awakening these memories in your DNA integrates your mastery / gifts from these previous lifetimes into your human awareness, empowering you through an expanded embodiment of your Cosmic-Soul identity.
Just below is a link to a page where you will be provided with detailed instructions on intention setting. Again, please know that there is nothing you cannot ask for support on from the beloved Spirit of Druid. This safe divine presence longs to serve you, on all levels, and to empower you to remember the Ancient you are.
