Pricing and Structure

“I sought out Vince when I was feeling stuck moving forward in my life with the same negative patterns/situations continuing to repeat themselves. I love how he uses a mix of talk therapy, life coaching and somatic trauma resolution to identify and address each issue in the best way possible. With Vince’s help, I have learned what thought patterns and deeply held beliefs have held me back, and have gained the tools necessary to work through them and approach life situations in better, healthier and more productive ways. Since working with Vince I feel more confident and better equipped to move forward into a new and better life, following my passion and doing what I truly want to do. ” ~ Bonnie

“If you’re really listening, if you’re awake to the poignant beauty of the world, your heart breaks regularly. In fact, your heart is made to break; its purpose is to burst open again and again so that it can hold evermore wonders.” ~ Andrew Harvey

Counselling sessions take place in-person, via Skype or on the phone. I charge $100 for a 60-minute session and $140 for a 90-minute session. For most clients I recommend 90 minutes. Due to the slow and subtle nature of somatic work, 90-minute sessions are recommended.

Other details regarding pricing and structure:
  • For those requiring one, I offer a complimentary 20 minute phone consultation to help determine if we are a fit. I do my best to schedule this in, but cannot always accommodate due to my busy schedule.
  • The first session is an intake lasting 90 minutes. The purpose is to design working parameters, and conduct an overview of the client’s life contexts, goals, challenges, values and resources. The price of the intake is $140.
  • A week or so after the intake the client will participate in his or her first counselling session that involves processing and general exploration work.

“It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.” ~ Alan Cohen
